Our Billing Process

If you have insurance, no payment is due at the time of treatment. Our billing service, Medical Billing Center (MBC), will bill your primary insurance. When the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) arrives and if you have secondary insurance, it will be billed at that time. If there is a co-payment you are responsible for, then MBC will bill you. This process usually takes 4-6 weeks. If you have any questions about your bill, please call MBC and ask for Jay at 864-679-1600 x367

Do you not have insurance?

You can pay in full at the time of treatment or we can set up a payment plan.

Applying for Social Security Disability?

Upon proof that you have applied, we can wait until a determination has been made.

Have an Attorney?

We will work with your attorney regarding your case and the probability of payment.

Neuro Rehab, LLC is a preferred provider
for a number of insurance companies, including:

In addition, we accept and will bill all
insurances including but not limited to:

• Medicare
• BCBS Medicare Advantage
• Medicaid
• Worker’s Compensation
• Tricare/Triwest
