Comprehensive Evaluation and Treatment

During your initial visit, your therapist will initiate a comprehensive evaluation including the history of your injury or illness; learn more about you and your goals for rehabilitation; and administer standardized testing to determine your current level of functioning. With that information, a plan of treatment including goals will be developed with your input. Treatment is individualized to meet your goals. A written report will be sent to the physician who referred you.

The therapists at Neuro Rehab, LLC strive to keep up-to-date with the latest research and attend continuing education courses in order to provide relevant and comprehensive treatments for our patient’s individualized needs. We offer positive encouragement for patients throughout their rehabilitation and help them set realistic goals. Our goal is to provide patients with an effective treatment plan, which will enable them to optimize their function and meet their therapy goals.
